    Nice place with its amazing spa, great wi-fi, and helpful 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff offered me bug spray during my first visit. Highly recommend staying here! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    The bathrooms lacked sufficient ventilation!!! The outdoor grill area at the bar was closed -maybe open it up to enjoy? That would definitely enhance the experience!!!

    The place was fairly clean and luxurious, it had well-mannered staff who have been trained by Oberoi school of management. Particularly good and unbeatable location fortunate to have a panoramic view of marine drive overlooking the Navel port into the sea made it easy to get to key attractions.

    Couldn't recommend more for a holiday

    Luxurious room, amazing service, with really good attention to detail from the staff and a fine view to enjoy while having breakfast at the restaurant, making our stay lovely.

    Rooms, amenities...

    We had the worst view directly on the steaming installation on the side roof. My request for another room was not answered at all, no feedback. Pity! A good excuse would have been better than nothing.

    Staff very accommodating and attentive. Asked for a late check-out (8:00 pm) and this request was met without any problems for a small fee. Very nice bathroom with a bathtub (including TV) and large shower. Breakfast was very good, there was a buffet, but you could also order something from the menu. Priced it is rather a bit expensive, but you get a great service. WIFI worked perfectly.

    Prices in the hotel's restaurants are a bit high.

    The absolute highlight was the breakfast and the staff. You can use the pool from the neighboring hotel Trident. Fantastic service from the pool boy to the butler.

    The drinks in the restaurants were in our opinion way too expensive ...

    I had an amazing time at this stunning hotel! The breakfast was a feast, with an enormous spread that was delicious. The temperature-controlled swimming pool was such a delight, offering a perfect escape. I especially loved the personalized touches. I'd definitely return!
